We had four Venetian sash windows that were possibly 100 years old and in need of replacement. Sam was very helpful in the process of deciding whether to replace them with wood or UPVC. We decided to replace them with wood and Sam was thorough in making sure we got exactly what we wanted and triple checked the sizes before ordering the windows.
Together with staff the windows went in smoothly and without any fuss. They dust sheeted everywhere including the laminate flooring with protective film.
